Joanne joined the team at Peelhouse Dental Care in Widnes in June 1987 as a trainee dental nurse, qualifying in 1989. She continued to work as a dental nurse and a receptionist before changing her role in 2009.
Joanne is now our Practice Manager and generally works on reception taking our patient enquiries and calls. She is also responsible for the implementation of certain procedures and protocols and together with our Business Manager keeps the practice up to date with legislation and registration with the Care Quality Commission.
Always a friendly face at reception and a friendly voice on the phone, Joanne knows most of our patients as they do her.
When not looking after our team and patients, Joanne enjoys spending time with her family. She enjoys walking and helps her husband run a local walking group called Trekkings, offering monthly walks of various difficulty.
