Once we have decided you are suitable we will take impressions of your mouth and construct clear custom made trays for your teeth, like very thin sports guards. You then use the trays to apply the gel to your teeth for a few hours each day for 5-10 days.
A difference can usually be seen after the first couple of applications of the gel as this treatment is extremely effective. The gels we use are from Boutique Whitening and are a Hydrogen Peroxide at 5% concentration. We feel these gels give the predictable and safe results that we want.
Occasionally there are side effects such as sensitivity and we will explain to you how to minimise and reverse this.
