We can provide Dental Veneers at Peelhouse Dental Care, either as composite veneers or porcelain, ceramic veneers. They are very thin pieces of porcelain or composite added to the front surface of the tooth and “glued” in place using bonding cements.
Veneers are a way of improving the shape and colour of the teeth without destroying too much of the tooth. In many cases veneers can even be fitted without any loss of tooth tissue, thus enhancing the strength as well as the aesthetics of the teeth.
Dental veneers are often incorporated into a treatment plan with tooth whitening as usually aesthetics are the reason the veneers are being fitted. A course of whitening before the veneers are prepared can lift the colour of all the teeth.
Veneers can be composite or porcelain ( ceramic) and the choices for treatments will of course be discussed with you the appropriate merits for each case and material.

Our dental health care plans are for our patients who are dentally fit or have had a course of treatment and want to maintain that level of dental health.
They involve dental health checks with the dentists or therapists and hygiene/gum treatments with the dental hygiene therapists.
