Why are we asking you to do this?

We are moving our membership arrangements to a new provider and bringing the process more directly in-house through Peelhouse Dental Care.

This gives the practice more control and helps us provide a simpler experience for patients going forward.

What do I need to do?

As part of this change, there are a few simple steps to complete:

  1. Open the link from your text message, email or use the button on this page.
  2. Enter your join code when asked.
  3. Check your details carefully.
  4. Some previous plans are no longer available. We have moved you to the plan that best suits your current membership, or you may be offered a choice of available plans.
  5. Your membership benefits remain the same.
  6. Because we are changing provider, you will be asked to set up a new Direct Debit mandate.
  7. You do not need to cancel anything with your previous provider — we will do this for you.
  8. Follow the remaining steps to complete your membership setup.
You do not need to cancel your existing membership yourself.
We will arrange cancellation with your previous provider once your new setup is complete.
You will not lose your membership benefits, and you do not need to take any separate action with your old provider.
